Here's happens. Any suggestions? DEAR ANN LANDERS: Please print this letter for all 100 of us who ride a public school bus. It was inspired by the squawk from the bus driver who was fed up with unruly kids who make driving dangerous. This year we've had six different drivers. The worst of the bunch is the one we have now.

To state the problem frankly, she can't drive. Also, she needs to get her wrist watch fixed. The bus is supposed to be at our stop at 7:45 a.m. Yesterday she showed up at 8:05. Three times this semester she appeared at 8:30.

Once it was 9 a.m.,: which meant everybody missed the first class. The other day we very nearly hit 'a car pulling out of a driveway. Twenty kids saw it but she didn't. This sort of thing happens a lot. What's more, we are packed in like sardines, two and three in one seat.

Some kids have to sit in the aisles. We've signed petitions galore and nothing LAST STOP IN MICHIGAN DEAR LAST: If every kid on your bus sends a copy of this column to the superintendent of public schools, he'll get 100 beefs against the same driver. No superintendent can ignore such a protest. I assume your facts are accurate and the teacher of the first class in the morning will verify the allegations of Kids' tardiness described in this letter. Get going.

DEAR ANN LANDERS: I'll be 19 in June and plan to be married in August. I should go doctor for a tied complete physical examination and some advice on birth control. But I just can't bring myself to take off my clothes in front of a strange man. Am I nuts or what? I've made and cancelled two appointments. I became so nervous and sick I just couldn't go through with it.

Is there something wrong with my mind? I've never needed to go to a doctor and the appointments were made by a friend who is disgusted with me. Please help. DELTAVILLE, VA. DEAR DEL: There are many women doctors these Side To School Ann Landers days and I hope you will call your county medical society and ask them to recommend one. I wouldn't say you are nuts but I would you have a hangup that needs exploration.

DEAR ANN LANDERS: I was interested in that signed Snubbed In California. Charles Gantt, Orlando. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. Alfredo Marcher and Mrs. Alfredo Marcher Porto Allegre, Brazil. After a wedding trip the couple will live in Tallahassee.

Easter Hints From Heloise DEAR HELOISE: Do you know what a new bride needs most and never has? Rags! I'm not suggesting them for a shower present, but older relatives might well make up a bag full of all sizes and textures, cut neatly with pinking shears. When we rented this darling old house, it needed to bottom and not a rag did we be scrubbed from top to have. Even in a new house, you have to polish the furniture, clean the paint, wash the windows, mirrors, etc. So give rags! This is one of the easiest ways to recycle old fabrics. MRS.

A.M.B. And why couldn't you give this as little extra gift at a kitchen shower? Just make a cute drawstring rag bag out of any type fabric. Even nylon net would be great decorate with felt cutouts, sequins, etc. and fill with your nice collection of rags. You'll make a darling useful gift that any bride will appreciate.

Bus Often that which is interpreted as indifference or snobbishness is actually insecurity. ANCIENT LADY DEAR LADY: You speak the truth, I've seen evidence of this time and time again. The same holds true for many people who are shamefully remiss about answering letters. They are uncomfortable about their penmanship or spelling or grammar, sO they procrastinate and then they are too ashamed to write at all.
