ITALY MOBILIZES ALL HER CIVILIANS WASHINGTON, D. a An official dispatch from Rome today says that "the whole of the civilian population has been requisitioned for the purposes of war.

The civilian mobilization will be the result of this step." The dispatch also says: i "One of the most important steps in the history of, social reform has been taken in Italy. The government has been granted full powers for the requisition? and distribution among the people of all the available land for utilization in agricultural works. Tools and implements will be given, together with all the necessary manure and chemical products (such as fertilizer) to those to whom the land is assigned. "Proper instruction will also be given in order to have the right kind of culture for the, different kinds of land. The distribution is gratuitous and all expenses will be paid for by the government till the land becomes profitable." SEMINOLE CO.

The uniforms are all here now and are being distributed to every squad in the county and with the excellent Winchester rifles that will shoot as far and as straight as any army rifle made the Seminole Guards are as well equipped as any body of men in the United States.

The boys are willing to go to the ends of the earth for either their county, their state or the United States, and now that they havefbeen equipped feel that they are ready for any call upon them in these troublesome times. Their work re quires such education and skill that the government had difficulty in se curing qualified employes, and school was established to train candidates to detect codes, secret writing, and other subterrf uges.
