Hall, had refused to deed the State sufficient property to allow paving of the dangerous strip of highway. Deputy Oeorge Jump made the arrert after Justice of the Peace Eugene Duckworth Issued a warrant secured thru a petition signed by ten persons living In the vicinity of the establishment.

Charges of residents near the beer garden claim that the management of the Blue Heaven permuted wua boisterous and profane language to be used at all hours."
